Copeman Preventative Healthcare Scholarship

Three scholarships will be awarded annually to post-secondary students studying in British Columbia and Alberta. Please note that submissions for 2020 are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the Copeman healthcare preventative health scholarship will be deferred to 2021

The scholarship

As an organization, we strive to bring greater awareness to the importance of preventative healthcare, which is why we have created the Copeman Preventative Healthcare Scholarship.

Through this scholarship, we aim to help future healthcare professionals reach their goals and encourage them to think about the impact they want to have on the field of healthcare in Canada, particularly in relation to disease prevention.

Who can apply

This scholarship is open to students in British Columbia and Alberta who are currently enrolled at an accredited University or College and are majoring in one of the following fields of study:

  • Clinical Psychology
  • Clinical Neuropsychology
  • Dietetics
  • Kinesiology
  • Medicine
  • Nursing (NP or FHN)
  • Pharmacy
  • Physiotherapy

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Specialty Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, PhD or MD program.
