We are all being encouraged to practice social distancing and to stay in our homes as much as possible to help flatten the coronavirus curve. However, staying at home doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t stay active. We can still get the exercise that our bodies and brains need in the comfort of our homes! Regular exercise, at least 150 minutes a week, is beneficial for your physical strength, mental health, and sleep.
