Makes 1 serving
- ½ cup of cut up mango
- ½ cup of strawberries
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (could choose non-fat option)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tbsp of chia seed
- ½ cup water
- Mix all of the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth in consistency.
