INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup of cut up mango
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (could choose non-fat option)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp of chia seed
  • ½ cup water

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth in consistency.
  2. Sit back and enjoy
