Fitness Tip: Split up your workouts

If you have trouble fitting in a long work out, try splitting it up into smaller bouts of exercise per day. Research suggests that similar health benefits are to be gained with aerobic exercise done cumulatively versus continuously.

Try 15 minutes of walking in the morning, followed by 15 minutes of house cleaning in the afternoon to accumulate your overall exercise time.

At the office? Add in a walk at lunch time and another one after dinner.
