Fitness Tip: Health Canada recommends 150+ minutes

Health Canada recommends adults get 150+ minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity aerobic activity per week, in bouts of 10+ minutes. Intensity refers to the rate at which the activity is being performed or the magnitude of the effort required to perform an activity or exercise. Vigorous activities include running, fast swimming, aerobics, walking/climbing briskly up a hill and fast cycling.
