Spices do more than add flavour to your meal! Dried spices like cloves, oregano, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, turmeric, sage and parsley are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants may provide protection against chronic conditions like cancer, vision loss and heart disease. Many fruits, vegetables and whole grains are great antioxidant foods but don’t forget to spice them up as well!
