Dietitian Health Tip: Add colour to your daily food intake

Add colour to your daily food intake (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown and black). Try to limit and avoid “white” foods (bread, sugar etc.). Count up how many colours you eat in a day. Just remember, colours from condiments and food colorings do not count. If you are eating five or more different colors, this is a quick way of assessing that your diet is rich in antioxidants!
