This berry frozen yogurt is full of antioxidants from the berries, as well as calcium and protein from Greek yogurt. This makes for a delicious and nutritious choice!

Ingredients
 1 cup 2% milk fat plain Greek yogurt
 4 cups frozen berries (your choice here, feel free to experiment. You can use strawberries or raspberries to start)
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until uniform and creamy consistency is reached.

Enjoy immediately (for a soft dessert consistency) or freeze in a container for 40-60 minutes (for a frozen dessert).
