Breakfast or Snack time: 0% plain Greek yogurt topped with antioxidant-rich blueberries and 1/3 cup of Bran Buds for added fibre
Lunch or Dinner: Use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to top chili or another spicy dish
Dessert: Try a plain Greek yogurt with a bit of honey for sweetness and a few nuts for flavour and voila – a nice little substitute for ice cream.
