Chia seeds are a great source of fibre, healthy fats, calcium, and plant based protein. These tiny seeds gel and form a pudding when combined with milk or water. Chia seed pudding serves as a quick and filling breakfast to help you start your day right. Place all of your ingredients except for your chia seeds into a blender and blend until you have a smooth consistency, 1-2 minutes.
Pour this liquid into a jar and thoroughly stir in your chia seeds.
Let everything in your jar sit for 5 minutes.
Stir one last time to get rid of any clumps.
Place in the fridge overnight and serve chilled the next day.
