All consultations are private and completed by board-certified Canadian Nurse Practitioners by secure text and video. The Medisys On-Demand app, which is managed by our parent company Medisys Health Group, follows stringent privacy rules set out by the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and only patients and their nurse practitioner can view patient data.

What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a convenient way to connect patients with doctors through online video conferencing technology. It is important to note that this service is only for non-emergency related health issues, if there is a medical emergency call 911.
Are my health records secure with telehealth?
When using the Medisys On-Demand App, all data is encrypted and stored in a SOC 2 compliant Canadian data centre. Text messages and video consults on Medisys On-Demand are encrypted end-to-end.
Access to medical information is restricted so that only you, your Copeman care team, and members of your virtual care clinical team who are directly involved in your care can access your records.
What can I use Medisys On-Demand for?
