Holly is the Vice-President, Clinical Operations at Copeman Healthcare. Accomplished in clinical practice, clinical program development, and collaborative leadership in progressively senior healthcare administrative positions, Holly brings a wealth of strategic and innovative thinking to primary care.
Prior to joining Copeman Healthcare, she was the Program Director for Heart Health and Adult Intensive Care for Vancouver Island Health Authority, Clinical Nurse Specialist for Cardiac Services for Fraser Health and Cardiac Surgery at Vancouver Coastal Health, Associate Program Director for Providence Health Authority, Program Manager and Developer for Healthy Heart Programs throughout BC, Public Health Nurse and Diabetes and Wound Care Clinician in Ontario, and Clinical Research Fellow with Canadian Heart Foundation.
Holly co-authored the 1st Ed. Canadian Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation, and is published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal on cardiac risk reduction, Nurse BC on heart failure and the Canadian Journal of Cardiology. She has served on several provincial and national boards of directors (CCCN, CACR). She has certifications in Managing Operations (Cambridge, MA), Quality Improvement (San Diego, Atlanta), Risk Management and Communication (DUMO), American College of Sports Medicine, and is an Adjunct Professor with the UBC School of Nursing. Holly achieved her RN and BSc Psych (Spec) from Brandon Manitoba and a MHSc from McMaster University.
An avid life-long learner, Holly loves to design systems, and coach and build enthusiastic teams to achieve optimal health outcomes for those we serve.
Holly’s interests include possibility thinking, and fun with her amazing family, music, reading, horses, travel and music.
