Dr. William Halliday
Dr. William Halliday is a Family Physician at the Copeman Healthcare Centre in Calgary.
Dr. Halliday has nearly 25 years of family medicine experience. He graduated from medical school at the University of Calgary in 1991 and completed his Family Medicine residency in London, Ontario. His areas of interest include hypertension and men’s health and he enjoys practicing medicine from a patient centred approach.
He has taught medical students a first year course called “Patient Centered Communication” in the past and remains active at the University examining both medical students and residents. From 2003 to 2006 Dr. Halliday worked for the Department of Family Medicine in Calgary developing protocols for Chronic Disease management. He continues to provide evidence-based medicine to care for patients with chronic disease and continues to maximize disease prevention at Copeman Healthcare.
