Dr. Dosanjh is a Family Physician at the Copeman Healthcare Centres in Vancouver. She pursued her medical training at the University of British Columbia where she obtained a Medical Degree and subsequently trained in the Family Practice Program at St. Paul’s Hospital. Prior to this, she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics, also from UBC. During her medical residency, she was recognized and awarded by the BC College of Family Physicians for her research on the need to increase nutrition education for Family Practice Residents.
She believes in and practices evidence-based medicine with a focus on preventative and comprehensive care. As a family physician, she has a broad scope of interest and enjoys full spectrum medicine ranging from caring for young families to complex chronic disease management in older adults. She also has a passion for medical education, teaching both students and residents.
