Dr. Nina He is a family physician at the Copeman Healthcare Centre in Vancouver.
Dr. He graduated from the University of British Columbia medicine program and went on to complete two years in the general surgery program at Queen’s University. She subsequently completed family medicine at the University of Alberta and now practices in Vancouver.
Dr. He has been active in various areas of leadership in medicine, including as the Director of Publications of the UBC Medical Journal and coordinating the UBC Medicine Undergraduate Research Forum. Dr. He is a skilled practitioner with a keen interest in dermatology, prevention, and wellness-based practice. She has maintained her proficiency in performing minor office procedures and continues to build on her skill set through pursuing continuous professional development programs including the UBC Hot Topics in Cardiology Conference.
Dr. He has experience in the acute and urgent care, having regularly worked in emergency departments throughout British Columbia. She also practices at the Yaletown Medical Clinic where she specializes in minor procedures including dermatology, biopsies and IUDs.
Dr. He has a keen interest in cosmetic medicine to help her clients look and feel younger. She recently completed the International Master Course on Aging Science at the Western Canadian Aesthetic Summit.
Dr. He pursues the arts during her spare time. She is an accomplished pianist, enjoys the opera and symphony, and is also very active in dance and yoga.
