Dr. Lee Liknaitzky is a family physician at the Copeman Healthcare Centre in Vancouver.
Dr. Liknaitzky trained in South Africa, and subsequently worked as a physician in South Africa and England before settling in Vancouver where she has lived and worked for the last 9 years. She received a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Health from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in London, England, and completed a Master’s in Public Health in Cape Town, South Africa.
Dr. Liknaitzky also has extensive experience in clinical research, informing her evidence-based approach to patient care, and has published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. She has an interest in longitudinal patient care, and particularly enjoys working with older adults with complex chronic medical conditions. Dr. Liknaitzky has retained her affiliation with the University of British Columbia as a clinical instructor.
When not at work, Dr. Liknaitzky devotes time to travel, spending time in nature, her husband and two young boys, and beloved labradoodle, Shadow.
