Christine Shaddick is a Registered Dietitian at Copeman Healthcare Centre in Vancouver. Her passion is to support clients in the areas of weight management, chronic disease prevention and digestive disorders. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of Western Ontario and an accredited internship from North York General Hospital in Toronto. One of her special interests is in weight management and she has extensive experience helping people achieve their nutrition and weight goals having worked in private practice and corporate health settings for the past 4 years. Christine practices by evidence-based nutrition science and takes a light-hearted approach to translate the science into something that is meaningful for her clients so that they can make realistic and sustainable changes to their diet.
Christine has a deep love and appreciation for all things food. She loves to cook, try new recipes, and follows countless food blogs. She appreciates that food is as much about enjoying life, experiencing travel and culture, and embracing quality time with family and friends as it is about health. She strives to find this balance with food in her own life and is committed to helping clients do the same.
