Britney Lentz is a Registered Dietitian at the Copeman Healthcare Centre in Vancouver.
Britney received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Honours) from the University of British Columbia, and then returned to complete her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics (Honours), after realizing her passion for patient counselling and clinical nutrition. She completed her accredited dietetic internship with Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
Britney is passionate about helping her clients develop a positive relationship with food and understand the role of nutrition in health promotion and chronic disease prevention. Britney believes that all foods can fit into a healthy diet, and as a result she loves to help clients nourish and fuel their bodies in a way that best supports their lifestyle.
Britney also works as a clinical dietitian at BC Children’s and Women’s Hospitals where she provides nutrition care in pediatric diabetes, gestational diabetes, and adolescent eating disorders. Outside of work, Britney is an avid dog lover, hiker, and a spin instructor.
