The Copeman Optimal Physical Therapy (OPT) Program
The
clinical approach at the Copeman Physiotherapy Centre is completely
unique. Through providing intensive one hour sessions we can fully
assess your condition, treat with undivided attention, provide education
so you can self-manage your condition at home and work, and design a
comprehensive, individualized home exercise plan. Through this we
believe we can accelerate a return to your optimal activities of daily
living as well as your hobbies and sports.
