Nadine Sinnen

Kinesiologist

Nadine is an Exercise Physiologist at the Copeman Health Care Centre. She obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from the University College of the Fraser Valley completing the exercise physiology stream of the program.  Among other designations, she holds a certified Exercise Physiologist title, the most advanced health and fitness practitioner designation recognized by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Nadine comes to Copeman Health Care with six years of experience working in Preventative, Executive, and Occupational health and wellness.  She is qualified to provide advanced fitness assessments and exercise prescription and management for clients with or at risk for chronic diseases and disabilities. Through comprehensive fitness appraisals and analysis, Nadine is committed to helping her clients reach their fitness potential.
