Kinesiologist, ACSM Clinical Exercise Specialist, CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist

Lisa is a clinical exercise specialist at the Copeman Healthcare Centre in Calgary. Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. She completed an internship at the Cardiac Wellness Institute of Calgary and was further certified as a clinical exercise specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine. Lisa is experienced in fitness assessments, exercise programming, and risk factor management to individuals with or at risk for cardiovascular, pulmonary and metabolic diseases. From training people to learn to run, or helping people rehabilitate from a heart attack, Lisa strives to instil confidence and motivation in her clients to pursue healthy and active lifestyles.
