Organizational Wellness

Copeman Healthcare has developed advanced, evidence-based tools that can be used to assess the health of an entire organization, providing executive management with the information they need to design better health and benefit programs, as well as to ensure the organization is operating at maximum levels of productivity.

Using a customized and branded web-based health portal, personnel answer a comprehensive, confidential set of medical and lifestyle questionnaires that can assess the relative risk of for 12 cancers, 4 chronic diseases, stress, anxiety and mood disorders. Personnel receive valuable information on their health status as an immediate benefit, and the organization receives an anonymous report that breaks down organizational wellness and health risk by condition and personnel hierarchy. It will also display an overall organization wellness “score”, broken down by job type, that factors in mortality risk and Potentially Productive Years of Life Lost (PPYLL). This score can be used as an effective means of measuring the effectiveness of the organization’s employee health and wellness strategy.

Copeman Healthcare will be entering the pilot stage of this exciting project in the first half of 2010. If you are interested in having your organization involved, please contact us.
