Do You Have a Private Health Services Plan (PHSP)?
A Private Health Services Plan (PHSP) is a Canada Customs and Revenue approved health and welfare trust that allows corporations, limited partnerships and self-employed individuals to deduct their health and dental expenses in a tax-effective and cost-efficient manner. Under such a plan, all services of Copeman Healthcare (in addition to other conventional health benefits such as dental and drugs) are 100% deductible to the organization and completely tax free to the recipient. Elite Program (Membership Program)
The annual services fee for the Elite Program is $3,900 per individual in the first year of service only. Thereafter, the annual services fee is $2,900 per individual. All children of members under the age of 22 may enroll at the centre and receive the full compliment of inter-professional services free of charge.

GST: The Elite Program represents a non-specific package of services and it is therefore classified by the CRA as a “membership fee”, which is tax applicable.
Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA)
The CHA may be purchased annually, or on other schedule that you may choose. All services are included for a package fee of $1,400.
Individual Service Fees
Individual services from inter-professional team members may be acquired at the Centre outside of either the Elite or CHA program. This fee schedule is also used to calculate custom-tailored programs at the Copeman Exercise Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre.

Note: All medically necessary diagnostic and treatment services that may be provided by the physicians practicing from the Copeman Healthcare Centre - or from your family doctor - are paid for by the government under your provincial health insurance plan. The fees charged by Copeman Healthcare are strictly for non-insured health services and they do not guarantee access to insured services.
