Mon Jef Peeters is a physiotherapist, strength and conditioning coach and exercise physiologist with a wealth of knowledge in the fields of exercise science and rehabilitation. He has experience working with a range of individuals, from athletes in their developmental stages to collegiate and Olympic levels, as well as fitness enthusiasts and active seniors. Mon Jef has worked as a physiologist and conditioning coach for the University of British Columbia men’s varsity basketball team, British Columbia’s Provincial Field Hockey programs, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks, and the Canadian Sport Centre Pacific.
Mon Jef has a Master of Physical Therapy and Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of British Columbia. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, a certified FMSTM specialist and a SFMATM clinician.
Mon Jef is passionate about teaching and lecturing and has lectured at the University of British Columbia as a sessional instructor for the School of Human Kinetics. Mon Jef continues to share his knowledge and expertise through various workshops and seminars for health and fitness professionals, as well as fitness enthusiasts.
