As Operations Manager, Sarah is an integral part of the management team responsible for the day-to-day operation while leading the Client Services Team. Sarah is also responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies and practices. Sarah has a strong background within the hospitality industry.
Sarah was born and raised in England where she earned her Law and Management BA Hons Degree from the University of Lincoln. Sarah came to Canada in 2001, to work in Whistler and Vancouver. Sarah’s work experience includes Guest Relations and Management at the Whistler, Hampshire (UK) and Vancouver Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Sarah loves Canada and has worked at the Copeman Healthcare Centre since 2008.
